Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail without signature. 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.


For Hygiene Purposes, we cannot refund or exchange our Cosmetic products and hair. All other products cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are faulty.
If you receive any items which are faulty or damaged please return the items and we can offer a replacement. At the discretion of our management, we may require photographical evidence.

Returned items should be sent by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting as items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until the items reach our offices.

Collect In Store

If you choose to collect in store your goods can be collected from one of our shops.
Please bring a copy of your Invoice to the shop as proof of purchase.
